Jessie Stackhouse is the Founder and National Recruiter of Just Fitness Staffing, a nationwide fitness recruiting firm specializing in fitness staffing and fitness executive search for boutique fitness studios, health clubs, gyms, fitness franchises, and wellness companies across the USA.

​With more than a decade of experience in fitness recruiting, Jessie has successfully placed nearly 10,000 fitness professionals in leadership, sales, operations, coaching, and executive roles.

Since 2012, she has partnered with thousands of fitness businesses nationwide, recruiting top talent for positions including General Managers, Studio Managers, Personal Trainers, Fitness Directors, Membership Sales Advisors, Regional Managers, and Executives.

Known for her speed, responsiveness, and recruiting instincts, Jessie has earned a reputation as a trusted fitness recruiter for both emerging fitness brands and established national organizations. A former NCAA Division I Cross Country and Track & Field athlete at Furman University, her passion for the fitness industry extends far beyond recruiting.
